Order cancellation is ONLY allowed before the order(s) ship out from the warehouse, no fees will be charged to customer. Should customer wish to cancel the order(s), customer shall request order
cancellation by email to info@dcinnovations.co
Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We would advise a cancellation request within 12 hours upon order placement in order to cancel order prior shipment out from
warehouse.
The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after shipment / receipt of goods :
1. All goods sold are non-refundable except (i) Failed Delivery (ii) Wrong Delivery and (iii) Damaged goods during delivery.
2. Return is only allowed for item(s) that have been purchased directly from Heritage Online Store.
3. Any Heritage products purchased from other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance with the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.
4. Goods are eligible for a return if any of the following apply :
Incorrect :The item(s) is not the item you ordered.
– Size or flavour different from what you ordered, or
– Missing items inside the packaging.
Damaged :
– The item(s) is found damaged upon receipt.
– Item(s) have been tampered with or modified.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for goods return. Returns are applicable only for products that were ordered on Heritage Online Store.
1. Order change or order cancellation will not be accepted once payment has been confirmed.
2. Heritage reserves the right to reject any cancellation or refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
A full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, a full refund will be initiated if the returned goods
fulfil our return policy. The method of refund will be processed according to your original payment method :
1. Online Bank Transfer – Refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which may take within 3-5 business days to be posted into your bank account.
2. Credit Card Refund Services – Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank for processing. Each bank refund lead time may vary. You may contact your card-issuing bank if necessary.
Your order will be shipped to the billing address or shipping address you provided in the order system. Please make sure addresses are correctly entered, with provide a reachable contact number when
completing your order. We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Box) addresses and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.
We are not liable for goods return that’s due to incorrect shipping addresses. Second delivery is subject to another shipping charges.
If you wish to request for change of shipping address, please email to us at info@dcinnovation.co within 12 hours from your order submission.
Request for change of shipping address after 12 hours from order submission may not be possible, as goods are potentially already out from warehouse. Additional costs may be incurred for call back the
order.
We understand that you cannot wait to enjoy Heritage products. Usually, your order will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday). The logistics partner(s) do not deliver during weekends, public holidays, and replacement of public holiday.
A tracking number will be provided to you via email / mobile app / SMS once your order(s) has been picked up by our logistics partner.
We want to serve you better! We reserve the right to improve this policy from time to time if deemed necessary with no prior notification.
